Mr. Joseph

Creative Chaos had a birthday pajama crop on February 21st, in honor of Dana's birthday. I was not able to stay all night but did manage to do 2 layouts. Joseph is about 2 years old here. On the Second layout I used Basic Grey Oh Baby Boy collection. The First layout I used some cardstock from stash including Doodlebug crushed velvet chenille cardstock and some very old Jolee's.

His Holy Name challenge

Patter Cross over at http://triplethescraps.blogspot.com/ is hosting a challenge called His Holy Name. Every two weeks we get a new word that describes one of God's attributes. The first week it is Holy, the 2nd is Sovereign and this week is Protector. I have decided to do an 8 by 8 scrapbook for this challenge..

Here is the cover, title page and first 2 challenges.

My Guys

I am very blessed to have a son and husband who are best friends. This is on of my favorite layouts that I have done about them. This was taken at Myrtle Beach this past April. We were searching for shells and enjoying the day.

Hello

Hello Everyone,

I have been wanting to blog for awhile now, but decided 2009 was the year to do it. I hope to use this to keep in touch with family and friends and share layouts I have made.

I love to scrapbook, play games on pogo, read, spend time on the computer.

I don't make New Years Resolutions because I do not like setting myself up to fail. I decided this year I would set goals and then measure my progress each month. So here are my Goals.

My goals for 2009 are:

1. Read the Bible from cover to cover.
2. Show my husband and son how much I love them.
3. Attend church regularly
4. Clean my house better. 15 minutes at a time is my goal.
5. Drink more water
6. Set exercise goals
7. Set scrap goals
8. Monitor more closely what we watch on TV

Those of you who know me well, no how easily distracted I am. As I write this I am already distracted, I meant to do my dishes as soon as I walked into the door. lol Well I know what I will do after this.

God Bless
